Shane provides policy analysis, monitoring and advice to tech clients. His areas of policy expertise include digital platforms, taxation, transport, and tourism.
Before joining Inline, Shane worked in regulatory affairs and trade compliance in the Irish chemicals sector. He also worked in the European Commission in the Directorate General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW).
He holds a BCom in International Commerce and Chinese and an MA in Asian Studies from University College Cork.
