David provides policy analysis, monitoring, and advice to tech clients.
Before joining Inline, he worked as a consultant in Public Affairs. He also has experience as a trainee in the European Parliament and the Belgian government.
David holds a BSc in Political Sciences and an MSc in European and International Governance from the Free University of Brussels as well as a Specialised Master's degree in European Studies from the Institute of European Studies of Brussels.
He speaks Dutch, French, English and German.
