Before joining Inline, he headed public affairs teams at leading PR and public affairs agencies, as well as communications director roles at international trade associations and companies. He heads Inline’s London office and advises several high-profile tech and digital economy clients. His expertise includes leading complex advocacy campaigns, shaping emerging tech regulation and advising on its implementation. As well as his policy and legislative work, Quentin advises clients on crisis management, communications, and media relations. He holds a BA in politics from the University of Exeter in the UK.
