Igor provides policy analysis, monitoring and advice to tech clients. His areas of expertise span EU politics and institutional processes, AI, algorithms and data transfers.
His prior professional experience includes the French National Assembly, the cabinet of the minister for overseas territories, and the French ambassador for human rights.
He holds a double Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in French Law and UK/US Common Law from Paris Nanterre University, an LLM in International Legal Studies from the American University Washington College of Law, a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Policies from Paris Panthéon-Assas University, a Master’s degree in Public Action and Social Regulations from Paris Dauphine University and is finishing a Master’s degree in Political Science at the Université libre de Bruxelles.
