Emma offers policy analysis, monitoring, and advisory services to tech clients from Inline’s Brussels office. She specialises in EU affairs, digital and tech policies, mobility, and drones.
In her previous role at the Global Enabling Sustainability Initiative (GeSI), she developed expertise in leveraging technology to achieve sustainable goals.
She holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Venice, and an MSc in Public Policy from the University of Reading.
Emma speaks English, Italian, French and Spanish.
